I tried to find one other than the weak rocket launcher and cant find anything. With armor + psg the lava and new flamethrower are weak sauce. 300 damage if your lucky. Everyone is wearing psgs and its killing off all energy weapons for all professions.

Geee think a Old Republic Rocket Launcher would fit nicely

There is no mastery level kinetic weapon for commando. Another thing I'm not happy about. But hopefully that will change some day.

The Void - CL40 rocket launcher is the best we can do I think. Although the stat on the one Ive got are only just better than a normal rocket launcher.

Yeah that's the best we have and it doesn't even have innate knockdown ability and very low damage for a lvl 40 weapon.
