volleyfire doesnt make everyone firing at a target anymore
it lowers targets defenses and increases damage

you cant aoe-volley fire as a sl/commando because volley fire is not a weapon attack

You got one small detail wrong:It always applies a 15% damage bonus on the affected target but does not affect the defense.

Im a squadleader commando, its extremely usefull, and very handy. I mix in a bit of bounty hunter as well to get the most out of my skill points and do very well in a group (though solo it can be tricky). Im not sure what you mean when you referance "mass-volleyfire" alongside the "mass-root". The mass root works by using a root attacking with a commandos area effect weapon and thus rooting every creature in the radius. Volleyfire on the other hand is a seperate squadleader "attack" that is only applied to one target at a time (without using a weapon to activate it) and it has a considerable recharge time.

volley fire..jsut amkes everyone shoot same thing.........its allready mass....
