Thread: New Liaison and Dev to Guide us
I hate to say it, but keep dreaming. If I remember correctly, it is Holo that's being promoted. I think Q just doesn't have enough time for everyone, though we really should be at the top of the list. That's the only fault I have found in Q.
As for a correspondent, we definitely do need one as the end of the month is drawing near, and I'm already started on mine for Marksman. If commandoes don't have a say, I fear even less will be done in September. I do find it odd that they are taking so long in selecting one though...
SoE wants a Cheerleader. They want someone that promotes the class and can see the sunny side of anything.
Those don't exist in this profession, so they're having a hard time selecting between poor options, from their standpoint.
I would actually laugh my ass off if they gave us one of those. Just make one of their staff the correspondents and ran around posting everything is fine. But once I stopped laughing, I would stop paying...
I'm afraid I might be a cheerleader for marksmen, as we've got a few problems but I keep telling everyone that on the whole, we're fine.
Commando's need to havea new Liaison and a new Dev to converse with. This is not ment as a mean statement. When Holo talks with us, he is not try to squelsh what we are saying. "Q" just doesn't listen to us. Commets about fire not hurting and the range of a rocket launcher needing to be shot a 0 range. This does nothing to inspire us to believe. Most if not all of us have lost respect for him. I understand his postion, butitneeds to come with common sense not just intelligence.
1. We need anther Liaison. He needs to hound the Dev's and IMHO needs to be a Master Commando. Some one that can call bluffs and truely see what fixes are or should have been done.
2. We need to have contact with people like Holo that understand that there is problems, and that listen to or words, not just respond or squelsh us.
3. We, as commando's, need to see what is being planned. We need this due to the fact that we need to know that our time investment is worth it to us! Most of use have been commando's for a while and have very little to show for it as reward.
