It seems that all the best PvP Master Commandos are using this weapon. Why? I know its AR3 and has max damage of 3k or better, but what makes it better than the LBC? most PvPers use composite which has the lowest reists to electricity so wouldnt the LBC be best?, or even the Rocket Launcher for that matter which u can easily get 5k max damage out of at AR3?

It's got nice speed, range, accuracy, what more could you ask for? .....Oh yeah, potential 1 shot kills in pvp.

It's not as effective as the FT....no question, but it has better range. When someone is kiting me in a single direction it's a very nice finisher. I also saw it follow a guy around a corner....no kidding. I'm sure it was a server/graphics thing, but VERY cool to watch.

If you miss, however, good night irene. In a duel with a BH he ran to 30 m, I stopped, dropped and hit the HPBC and missed. Never got to fire it again after eyeshot x 5.

PS...blind and mind dmg = big winner.

I don't know man, the accuracy penalty for being out of "ideal" range is pretty draconian. If you're between 45 and 50 meters it's great though.

heavy particle cannon is the best for pvp. It usually hits your target and everytime I've used it, it gave me a 1 hit kill. most markmen attack you from its ideal range, so its affective against riflemen, pistoleer, carbineer and BH.

um.... my composite has SPECIAL PROTECTION against electricity... lower number but actually higher however the stuff works out AFIK.

Crappy thing is at master, you're no better with the HPBC than you were at Expert Commando... no bonuses to it in master.
