Has anyone else noticed that the 15 second delay after using a special is now only 5 seconds!

Yet after next patch it will be 30 seconds! yay... not

D.E.L.A.Y attacks will have a 30 second timer. A delay attack effectivly adds delay to your combat queue/regulare attacks, meaing you'll attack slower then normal. Same way a slow effect works in other games, ie. it slows you down.

You posted 43 mins after I made my post explaining what delay attacks are and how they wont affect us, read the entire thread before posting please.

Also posting entirely in caps doesn't make your point stand out any more clear then in regulare size letters. In fact it has the opposite effect.
