I asked a weaponsmith friend about this weapon last nite, and he couldn't seem to figure out what weapon this would be.

Can someone educate my nooblar self about what weapon the Heavy Acid Beam is so I can decide whether I should (b) try to get one after (a) deciding whether to get that skill before Flame II.

heavy acid stream launcher. its a shoulder launcher weapon. limited uses.

also work up the flame tree first. you'll be using your flame thrower most of the time most likely. the speed and accuracy is great at flame 4.

but i would say the best out of all or r charg weps is the pbc=particel beam cannon

enrgy dam 30 shot 3200 max dam usly ap3 and the rang mods on this thing mak it the only rilly longe rang wep we commandos have it seems to have 50% batter ac in pvp then in pve dont asske me y but it dos lol in pvp 56-40 m it usly hits in pve 50-46m it some times hits when in pve i say get at 48m and u should hit more or less but pvp user ull be saprized how much she actuly hits vers to pve and iv the player ant wereing any armor u have ur shelf a one hit kill 89% of the time

the pbc if done right can be madefor almost nothin un like the rl the lost i could make it for is 10k but to get mony out of it 30k were i can spam making the pbc for maby 1k ech some day ill post here wat it takes to makeall r gernads andcharg weps maby latter to day
