I dont usally post here but i needed this question answered. Whats the deal on the HAR? Is it ever going to be fixed? Because right now its like a waste of a skill tree.

iv ben all over the bords and the only thing iv herd about it is here not any thing from devs nothin we all no its trash but the devs have seem to not look at it
