Commando Archive

Sorry if this has been posted... but i was courious wheater this only applies when you are holding a special commando weapon or if this will apply all the time... the reason i ask is cuz i was considering going TKA and commando.... but if this melee modifier is going to still be in effect when unarmed i will have second thoughts. any info on this would be appriciated

You would have to not be holding a HW with the exeption of the LP in order not to tkae that modifier....
