PROFESSION COMMANDO: HAR AC1 ANIMATION

Though there have been many issues raised regarding Commando, a fix in Publish 7 has made a bad situation worse. The animation for the Heavy Acid Rifle (HAR) for Acid Cone 1 is REALLY bad. Since the dev's decided to make Acid Single 1 a "green" verision of Flame Single 1, maybe that could make the animation for AC1 a green version of FC1? I'm not that thrilled with the Acid animations, but at least we can tell when it actually takes place onscreen. Currently something shot at a distance is hit by a green "dot". If it's up close, you cannot detect that a shot has been fired by the HAR. This REALLY needs to change!

PROFESSION COMMANDO: LAUNCHER ACCURACIES

Another issue which REALLY makes no sense is the Commando's inaccuracy when using a launcher weapon (i.e. Rocket, Acid, Beam, Lightening). These weapons range in damage from the 100's to 3,000+ points of damage. I feel the accuracywhen using these weapons should be as follows:

Level I

Stationary Targets: 75%+ accuracy

Moving Targets: 50-65% acccuracy

Level II

Stationary Targets: 80%+ accuracy

Moving Targets: 60-75% acccuracy

Level III

Stationary Targets: 90%+ accuracy

Moving Targets: 70-85% acccuracy

Level IV

Stationary Targets: 95%+ accuracy

Moving Targets: 80-95% acccuracy

Since these weaponshave a limited number of usesand usually cost a fairly large amount of credits, they should be considered both dangerous and RELIABLE. There's nothing like the feeling of seeing your hunting party being slaughtered while you fire 2, 3, 4 or 5 rockets (out of 20) and each one misses. Not good.

/agree

I love what Garvin mentioned about all disposables having a "blanket" speed and accuracy modifier, the "Heavy Weapon Acc" and "Heavy Weapon Speed" as seen on Skill Tapes. We could get say 120 Accuracy at Master, which should be more than enough. What the Heavy weapons also need though is to be equippable so that you can gauge your accuracy mod before firing, as well as a better acc mod on the weapons. Question is, would it be possible to disable auto-attack on them. After all, using one currently counts as a special attack, and I'm sure no-one wants to equip a RL and end up firing it accidentally when someone aggros them.
