I recently looted a Heavy Weapons Speed +10 clothing attachement off a Sith Thug, and I was wondering if this is a useful item for a commando. I have been told that this stat is broken, but I'd like a second oppinion from the experts 
As a Riflewoman myself I know I would have sold my own grandmother if this was a rifle speed attachement

Nope, our attachments and such are broken, it's worthless at the moment. Sorry.

All heavy weapon CA/AA's are currently broken. The devs claim that this won't always be so I would hold onto it as a +10 speed attachement (when working) would fetch a hefty price.
