i bought some tissues that were 60 damage -.92 speed. with a form fitted stock what kinda stats am i gonna be looking at for a flamer?

With a decent 30% speed slice, likely 480'ish-850'ish damage and 2.3-2.5 speed, I'd guess. Definitely hunt around for a 12 point weaponsmith.
