Besides the plasma flamethrower. Wasn't it the proton rifle? Did they get rid of it? I have a weaponsmith trying to make one for me and he doesn't see it listed.

Was the proton rifle..though it may have been changed to just CL54 with no prof requirement (not sure on that).

It's very likely a quest/loot drop schematic.

proton weapons are loot or quest schematics. There are some new quests in theROTW, one looked to be weaponmith related (NPC or NPCs in quest were WS)

Proton rifle is back to a lvl 54, master commando cert as of tonight on TC.
