wouldn't they be cool? grenades that did no instant damage but had some nasty effects, visual, audible, and state?

visual effect = big onscreen white flash
audible = loud BANG! followed by slurred audio output

and of course the good part:
state = blind/bleeding[they cause bleeding from the ears sometimes]/confused and/or dazed

and the best part:
knock down, instant, instant knock down. that has a higher chance of resisting any kind of KD recovery.

a weapon like this should be kinda rare. so rare schematic, fairly rare resources needed to craft, and craftable only.
