hi.

i'm a human commando and i would like to know how you guys did your statmigration

i don't know what to do

Your best bet is to migrate your stats to accomodate wearing composite armor, as you wont use grenades, hw's, or the HAR, and the ham costs on the ft are negiligble. Then go get buffed if you need/want to and go crazy with the ft.



Ancient weapons and hokey religions are no match for a rocket launcher in your backpack.

I want to add, that if you play mostly unbuffed (Doctor or Entertainer) like I do, you won't need as high a Mind pool as say Rifleman. Rifleman have specials that eat up their Mind pool alot but Commando specials are on the opposite end for most part. For example, our Flamethrower HAM costs use up more Health than Action & Mind. I'm not saying to walk around with 400 Mind, but you won't need it as high... unless you intend to PvP alot.


Even if you do reduce the Mind pool, I recommend keeping in good standing, or improving, your secondary stats for Mind... Willpower and Focus. You can easily heal your Health and Action via Stims, but Mind can take forever to regain.


As for your Flamethrower a good set of HAM costs for one is roughly 70s in Health and in the teens for Action/Mind. Avoid the higher HAM cost Flamethrowers. An average FT speed I say is about in the 4.5-5.0 range. It's acceptable, but I prefer speed over damage in my Flamethrowers if I had to choose only one.
