If you're talking about the Rocket Launcher, Heavy Particle Beam Cannon, Acid Strean Launcher and Lightning Beam Cannon, the answer is "No". You have to kneel to fire them.....I tried this when mounts first came out....I had visions of running through swarms of Nightsisters on my Kaadu, lighting off rockets....
Normal Heavy weapons, as in the the Flame Thrower, Acid Rifle, Light Lightning Cannon and Beam Rifle, yes.
As a side note....could we PLEASE get the cert for the frickin' Beam Rifle? Is that too much to ask? The damn thing has been in the game since LAUNCH and NO ONE has the Cert for it....NO ONE!

Why would you want one. The stats resemble the stats of all our other weapons at launch, i.e. speed 5, damage 200.

Truthfully, since it's already in-game, I'd just be happy if they adjusted it a bit...It's already AP1, just needs a little speed and damage tweaking. Of course, not that I trust the Devs to do anything and get it right....(DOT nerf, weapon Delay, 2.5x damg mod, grenades, etc etc etc etc...)
