today, i watched my commando friend pvp with another player who he should have easily been able to beat.

he used his flamer, and instead of lighting his target up, it only lit himself up.

aside of the obvious smart-arse answers, what's sersiously going on here? i'm in the dark since i'm not commando.

That sounds very strange!

I say you should try to see if you can do it consistently, then send in a bug report. We don't need more suicide weapons

Considering the current track record I'm not that surprised. Heck, why should grenades be the only weapon we can commit suicide with? We are the suicide jocks. We excel at that. Why not improve on it?

Was he fighting a BH or someone with a Fire DOT weapon?

if he was fighting a BH , they fire dot attacks other wise he was getting attacked be a weapon with a fire dot
