Hi i have a question concerning grenades, i have read a few of you threads concerning there use and that they are of no use what so ever,
so here's the question, plane and simple,
Do Grenades Work Against Jedi?
And How Effective are they against there Jedi Block?
Feel free to flame me or whatever, was just posing a question as am curious on the answer.

Ive heard that they cant block grenades, but they would prolly slice you to bits while you throw em

And if he is so close that he can cut you to bits, you will probably incap yourself with your own grenade..

No reason to flame someone coming to look for an edge...
The short story of grenades:
1) ghastly HAM costs
2) Innaccurate as hell
3) There throwing range is inside their blast range, which incidentally, their ideal range is typically their max range...Which means no matter when you throw it, you are in its blast range...Couple this with their high HAM costs, and you can see its not pretty...

A long time ago, I tried tossinga bunch of Proton Grenades at my fencer pal. He dodged 4 in a row...Number 5 tagged him...sadly, numbers 2, 3, 4 AND 5 tagged me as well. I incapped myself before even scratching him.
On the other hand, a Jedi might find this pretty amusing. Makes for a good fireworks show.

Basically what Rankor said. I havent tried them out against a Jedi yet but would like to run a test with some of my friends who have slots. I dont recomend you using them considering I dont and I am master. The accuracy is attrocious at best even at my level. Hope this helps a little.

One more thing. I threw a proton greneade at a jedi and it did a whopping 51 pts of damage because of force armor. So even if you hit, its not really going to do much damage to the jedi.

well as a bounty hunter u would not have access to the more powerfull grenades, and be even more horribly inacurate than we are even with skill mods.

Grenades are just like the fireworks artisans can make, except they are ground based, not shot into the air.
