Hey all
Being getting into commando, and would like have a template for base raiding.
please suggest a couple for me, or just name a really good Commando template you know of!

One template that I had toyed around with when I was looking to make a "Base Buster" template was the following:
Master Commando
0.4.4.4 Smuggler
0.4.0.0 Squad Leader
0.0.0.3 Pistoleer
This template provides 3 of the 5 base takedown professions, has some nice defenses (210 Melee / 185 Ranged, plus whatever weapon-specific defenses... in the case of Heavy Weapons, it's +50), and also has the ability to throw an AE Root, AE Snare, and AE Concussion Shot. You can also get an AE knockdown using Imperial Detonators. Now THAT is crowd control.
The downside? No "power attacks" to speak of. You're definately not the person that's dishing out the damage with this setup. Also, if you're not very experienced in controlling your AE,you'll find yourself as the primary "object ofaffection" of EVERY NPC in the immediate area (read: dead).
