Are these changes supposed to happen tomorrow? or are these a "sometime in the near future" changes...
I'd whine about other things but it does no good. I just noviced last week and though that it was worth the wait. I earned 11K HWxp on a group hunt (big group) and thought it was doable... but I can't solo with these weapons. I've even tried to solo with my launcher pistol (even with the pistol xp). Not a pretty sight.
My FWG5 with overcharge 2 does major damage, twice what the flamer has ever done. Without good specials, the heavyweapons don't do anything but make pretty effects. With the delays, why would you use them? 2.1 seconds on my FWG, and twice the damage of any heavy weapon?
They should make all newbs commando's and give them the crappy H-weapons instead of the CDEF's...
I'm not giving up till I see the first round of changes. But if they're lame, I'm going in a different direction. No way I'm surrendering any other skills for a perma-gimped class.
