Thread: Well they can certainly fix the correspondant tag quickly enough

Some how I would have figured that a Commando correspondent would have been a little tougher and not quit so quickly. I hope you all find another more worthy of the position.

That's not fair. He did a great deal for us for which most of us very much appreciate. I can see how it is frustrating, but I can also see how much good you can do. Garibaldi wasn't being paid to do this -in fact he was PAYING to do it and if he wasn't having any fun then he can just as easily quit. I do hope that we find another that is just as good as he was; however, that will be a tough call for the Devs.

Heh, good point. And who is the moron who has decided to criticize the correspondent and not the devs in this situation? The devs knew about all these issues back in beta, if they had been aflicting a profession with more players, they would have been fixed by now. In fact, the bugs that were afflicting other professions were fixed back in beta at the same time that the bugs afflicting Commandos, Bio-engineers, Chefs, Merchants, etc. were.

MAYBE it's because the web team and the Dev team are completely seperate entities! *gasp!*

You act like they pulled the whole Dev team off their terminals to deal with the correspondent tag.

As far as I'm concerned, the Commandos need to be looked at first and fastest, even before DEs (and that's saying a lot), but posts like this just make you all look whiny, stupid, or both.

And just how long have YOU been trying to get this profession fixed? I saw alot of Garibaldi's posts in Beta, agreed with just about everything and STILL see the same problems now. That's what.. 3 months of trying to get someone to fix the class. Even if it was just a hotpatch to correct certs, that would have been a step in the right direction.

Then we come to the correspondent portion. Communication is a two way street. With only one submission getting any kind of response and total silence on every other issue, I'm pretty sure even YOU would throw in the towel.

Do not presume that you know the entire situation and bash someone's decision unless you've been there to see what's been going on.

Man,

Anyone else notice how fast Garabaldis tag went from the spiffy blue correspondant color to normal after he resigned? Now that's what I call customer service!

It's all about the priorities, in which SOE has none.
