Thread: What other skill line compliments Master Commando?...

And, is it even worth getting master commando since it seems like people only use flamethrower? But back on my topic, what would go good with it? Looking to be a self sufficient, PVE'er. Master medic? Master tka?

Well depends if you dont wear armor it might be best to do fencer, that is since fencer can add a very good amount of natural defence to you. I dont know anything else really that goes good with commando maybe as much of CH as you can.

Pistoleer allows you to fully utilize the LP and gives you reasonable defenses as well. The drawback being pistoleer has virtually no ranged defense, leaving you highly vulnerable to ranged oponents (which is kinda ironic with ranged mitigation III and everything.)

I would say, I'm on Raports road, these:
- The LLC line from the BH profession. Gives you another heavy weapon.
- The Pistol line from BH. Gives you plenty of speed & accurcy mods along with two good specials in Eyeshot and Torsoshot to go with your LP.
Another road is ofcourse to add some defensive mods, which comes in handy sometimes.

My commando is MComm/TKM/Pistoleer0030. The techniques tree adds a lot of defense to the rather offensive TKM/Commando combo. I dont need medic anymore with buffs and armor (haven't used a stim in several months). The PvE is great with this character, and for PvP its as viable as my TKM/MR with good stun armor.

Yeah the tk line looks nice. Am currently thinking Master tk master commando and 0/3/0/0 in smuggler for slicing.

is anyone master commando / master brawler with various defense boxes the melee professions? i thought that the intim/warcry 2 would be very helpfull.

well....
i decided that master commando is useless...
i i dropped it to 0040
so then i mastered tka, and im mastering rifleman.
that kinda makes commando useless though...... o well

I think that TKM compliments master commando nicely.
Not only will you have meditate and power boost, you will also receive some good secondary and primary defense bonuses as well. And of course, by having TKM, you also get melee damage mitigation 3. ^_^
But then again, I could be biased. I loved TKM so much when I had it.
