Amongst other necklaces found there, there is:
Convoluted Adornment
A necklace, wearable by almost all species. Engraved in the back of the main plate of the necklace are a few weapon stances that give you a better understanding of how to further improve your acid rifle speed.
Bright Bauble
A necklace, wearable by almost all species. Engraved in the back of the main plate of the necklace are a few weapon stances that give you a better understanding of how to further improve your flame thrower speed.
Also lots of things for crafters, ranged defense, melee defense, healing, bio-engineers (!) as well as pistol, carbine, rifle, polearm and two handed sword speed necklaces (and a few that "almost" put people into "trances" whatever that means.)

Sorry to be skeptical, not like skeptic, lol. i just have a hard time beliving these things are true, unless you can get pics of them.
it kinda like the cyber arm thing, ended up not being for players, just a new npc for the game.

Its quite likely they are in the .tre files. A lot of stuff is that is never seen in game. Which brings me to my point - dont get your hopes up that you will ever get one just because its in the tre files.
But it would be nice.

It would be nice, but from our past history I'm not expecting anything. I'd rather have a fix then a necklace......but necklaces are cool.

Does anyone but me think this is stupid, all the necklace i have seen are +5 so every commando would have the flame necklace of +5 speed. I dont think its going to be much faster but I do know noone will use the HAR necklace if this stuff ever makes live.

Never trust anything found in .tre files...After the last .tre escapade I asked some of the Programmers at the Summit about these "mysterious files" and they told me a few interesting things...
1) Often the Devs/Programmers slip things into the publishes in the form of graphics or programming that may or may not go live some day...Just because they show up in a publish doesn't mean they'll be live soon or for that matter ever go live...
2) As with the Cyborg arm, some additions are for NPCs and not for Players...this can include weapons, armor, clothing, etc...
3) Sometimes they put things in just for their own testing purposes...
Basically, while it's nice to stumble upon something cool that we may or may not get, it tends to get peoples hopes up that could potentially end up a big let down...
So, based on that, I never put much stock into any .tre report I hear...It sounds cool, but until I see something in the publish notes or someone actually on a server having it, it's just a phantom file that may never materialize in game...
