On TC-gorath, I could make regular blaster handlers .3 faster than the advanced one. I was still not able to experiment fully on them, only a10 pnt weaponsmith.

Now having said this,check your local weaponsmith first, I was dealling only withthe resources I could get my hands on from frogs, resourcevendors, and a 30k free stack.
