Yeah, anything below 2 is really, REALLY good.

At 2 and Master Commando, I believe you can fire off specials every 4.4 seconds.

At 1.6 and MC, it's3.52 seconds.

At 1.4 and MC, it's 3.08 seconds.

At an average flamer speed (around 4) and MC, it's8.8seconds.

At least, those figures are according to what I've heard that we have a 4x speed modifier for specials which would be reduced by 45% at Master Commando.
