Whoopie, HAR cert works but the weapons still suck except for launcher pistol which now has the launch effects coming from 20 feet ahead of the barrel heh. Acid Rifle is still worthless, as is the flame thrower. They didn't do enough. Boosting specials is useless as it does novice no good. For gods sake give them some range mods. 2 thumbs down to the devs on this one
