For instance A krayt dragon dosent list any resists to blast damage (im pretty sure) does this mean they have a vulnerability to it and I will do full damage?

On Krayt dragons, they are AF3 (heavy), in order to do full base damage you need to use a weapon that has AP3. After that, resistances are figured, however, for there to be a vulnerability to a particular attack, it must be listed as such when you examine the creature. There is a FAQ somewhere in these forums about how armor classes and damage are calculated but there is no real need to rehash that info here. Bottom line is, if you are talking about using a LP (AP0), then no you will not do full damage. The heavy particle beam cannon and rocket launcher are the Commando's only AP3 weapons and would do "full" damage if there are no resistance energy or blast. Since the Krayt is heavy armor, an AP3 weapon would receive no "bonus" damage, just regular old listed damage.
