Is there any weapon in the commando line that has and area effect besides flame cone?

Currently im 2-1-4-1 in the commando line, I haven't had much time to tryout the heavy support weapons.

I want to be able to effect more then one player, but I dont want to leave myself idle for 15 seconds, because i used a flame special?

The acid rifle has the same specials as a flame thrower. The only other area effect if you can call it that, that i can think of would be grenades. Of course the acid rifle specials have the same delay as the FT specials, so no solution to your "problem" there. You may consider going Bounty Hunter as their LLC doesnt have the same restrictions yet, of course it is patch day, so i am probobally making myself a liar.

Good question. I like the hpbc. Medic healed a guy I previously incapped so I used the hpbc at the guy - missed him but hit the medic and incapped him, then got the guy with no health again.



Tho I've heard stories that many of the ae's for commandos are broken. The grenades have all worked for me and hpbc has worked for me.

Rocket launchers have a decent AoE. I think its 6-8 meters

I've had about the same result with both the HPBC and the RL.
