Do they work?
Have heard rumors that they are bugged.....
How much speed do i need for it to make a differense on specials?(flamer)

Heavy weapons skill mods don't exist, all commando weapons have specific speed and accuracy skill mods if you look. They used to all function under a single heavy weapons set of skills much like other professions. However they were broken up into the likes of flamthrower speed and accuract, HAR speed and Accuracy, rocklauncher speed and accuracy ect.. only the grenades have a universal skill mod so those tapes are still valuable. The ones you speak of are worthless.

Hmrph so what your saying is that3 +8 heavy weapon speed wont help on my flamer speed?
