ehehehe got some good news...don't know if you noticed the post of Foehammer on our weaponry breaking the cap...but it got some people to cross over 
Two of my guildies, after seeing my PvP'ing commando antics, decided to go commando too (one might only take up 4040, yes they partially do it for the grenades). These guys PvP on a regular base, so we'll have a nice group of three to set people on fire and blow them up....it should be soooo fun...
I have this little theory that the effectiveness of commando in pvp increase exponentially with their number (in any case more then with most classes).

i used to pvp heavily with a commando-only guild about a year ago.
Nothing survives 5 rocket launchers hitting them at once. nothing. We would usually wipe out multiple imperial players by picking a target, opening fire with the LP, other commandos in group did /assist and opened fire with rocket launcher... the target and anyone in his group/around them would go KABLOOEY.

nice idea
but sadly enough with a lot of people being defence stacker, you'd most likely miss all five 
two of us will be commando w/ carbines for stating first, combining flamespecials, once someone goes KD it's consumable time
