I lost a trade forums auction for two tapes totalling +19 Thrown Weapon Accuracy to a guy who is not a commando but wants to use them for levelling FS xp 
I should have bought them out when I had a chance, but instead I thought "I will buy them out if someone outbids me..." The next guy who bid outbid me then posted immediately after and bought out.

Funny thing is it wont help im grind FP if hes doing it right.
If you throw at the layer you hit every time.
And i dont think splash damage is affected by accuracy, could be wrong there

Sorry to hear this, man.
You know before this whole Village-schmillage thing, you probably would have won that auction/sale for much, much cheaper.

contact the guy that out-bid you and tell him that unless he's commando the tapes wont help him (mod tapes dont work if you dont have a base mod in your skill.. and you dont get the 'thrown accuracy' mod until you get novice commando).
also tell him that for fs grinding, grenades have 100% accuracy if he nades the nest (everything around nest thats in combat with you and inside the blast range of the grenade will get hit every single time). So its useless for him to use the skilltape.
and buy them from him.

Assuming this happened on Valcyn, I can help you mug him and take it back. 
Hrm, since there are no ski masks in the game, I guess we'd have to wear composite helmets.
