Since currently there are no accuracy mods for commandos that work I was wondering if squad leader specials could raise a commandos accuracy. Also does aiming help any?

When I was a MSL I used steady aim to help improove the commando's accuracy. According to group members and the SL forums there was a high improovement.

To awnser your second question, yes /aim from marksman boosts your accuracy greatly. Against a person with high ranged defence or when tryingto hit a jedi its always a good idea to /aim.It will dramaticly slow down your attack rate, but then again what good will 3 consecutive "fast" misses do you.
Its not something you'll need to use all the time but in PvP you'll really need it on your toolbar.
Also accuracy food helps greatly and whenever possible attack from the kneeling position whenever its possible to do so.

Good luck,
