Bad idea IMHO
Things are going to get missed...
Devs will be too far spread out...
The expansion is the one that will suffer from it the most. Most people will be foaming at the mouth for the CU...Rage of the Wookies? Seriously guys....Thats laughable in and of itself.
If the two betas are combined, it will still be the same. People will focus on the CU part, and ignore the expansion stuff.

I dont think people will ignore the RotW stuff either.
New Ships, new PLANET and Space Mining?!

Maybe not ignored, but I think it will be out on the backburner by most of the testers.

Aye, dont forget about the Alpha too for the CU. Chances are, once CU Beta rolls by quite a bit will be finished and just need some polishing...
We won't know till it actually happens however.
And I agree that they couldve came up with a better name than Rage of the Wookiees...even tho, its soo fitting...
