Commando Archive

Just wanted to know peoples thoughts n this template.

I am currently going Teras Kasi/Commando (I was TK Nov and respec'd to Commando to save on rifle grinding etc). The vibe that i am getting is that this is a fairly useless combo except maybe for the innate armor/ranged defense values I get w/out wearing comp armor. I'm thinking however to change TK for BH - woul this for instance allow me to do an eye shot with a heavy weapon? or would that not work due to AOE.

On another note, I read that I can use a lightening rifle at Level 18 but I cannot find one on the bazaar - it dosen't actually seem to be listed. Am I missing something here?
