What are the differences between the Flamethrower and Acid rifle specials that has changed on TC. I know the flamethrower still has a dot but does the acid rifle have any bonus as well or is it pure damage? It wouldn't make much sense if it was pure damage when from the looks of it, the stats on the two weapons still seem the same. Does it seem like the acid rifle is only planned for creatures with low acid protection? Fill me in here please.
