This is a tribute thread for the G-man. I honestly think that he was more than responsible for all the positive changes coming to thecommando class.

And all i have to say for the future leetboi commando wannabies because of the future changes is, we know who the real commandos are; the ones that stuck with the class since release and just didn't hop on the bandwagon because we've got firepower now.

I hope you come back and witness the changes you've help put in motion Garibaldi.

and..hope only that the new-after-fixes-commandos will not be too much..i'd hate play the same profession of some bhs' lammah that just to get the newfirepower of us commandos , would resign his "BELOVED" profession for the new one...

I remember Garibaldi fondly because he got me to become a commando. I sent off a PM and his response was essentially that we are the elite because we are the worst. We're the heroes for sticking with it, despite a broken class. I honestly believe that Garibaldi did all he could, and I am extremely grateful for it. He showed me how to be a correspondent with his respect for the community and constant feedback. As for his leaving us, I would not force anyone to pay to do a job that he disliked. I would sort of like to be the Commando correspondent, as Marksmen are, on the whole, a very functioning class. Maybe I'll ask to be considered for it, but I've got work to do for the Marksmen right now and I wouldn't want it unless the community felt that I could do the job.

Guys, I honestly believe this could be our last full measure until we are the desired class, so let's take it in stride and work to showcase just how hard the Devs have worked, even if the nerf bat hits us square in the head. After all, it couldn't be much worse than now? There's a lot to be done, but I'm just happy to see progress.
