Commando Archive

Sorry about my ignorance, I am not a commando. Though I am thinking of my new character on a newer server and wondering what he should be. I'd like to maybe try the commando route. Out of curiosity, which heavy weapons from your skill trees, hit the health bar when using it's specials?

to your question : None, if you want to "100% hit the healh bar" we need to use the poorless special move.

FlameThrower or AcidRifle.

Commandos dont use heavy weapons..you must have us confused with Chefs.....I think you need to go over there....and check that profession out..also...If you want to do HAM specific damge check out Rifleman/Pistoleer/Carbineer
they do ham specific damage plus if your looking to be UBER bounty hunter is where you need to go.

LOL... no not trying to be an UBER bounty hunter. That's my current character, who doesn't use anything other than bounty hunter skills and I dabble a bit in CH and Medical. Though I'll have to lose my CH soon.

So... the reason for the question is that I'd like to maybe do some real Creature Handling on my second character and would like another profession to take with it. I don't want Pistoleer as I already use a pistol with bounty hunter. None of the creatures really hit anything other than the Health bar... so I need to hit the health to help out. Basically, while my big creature goes in, I figured it'd be loads of fun to be a commando and use heavy weapons while my creature goes in and fights.

From what I gather, when you use special moves, your weapons hit all the bars? Random bars?

It's random. There's no specials in commando that target any bars aside from doing body shot with the LP.

yeah but teh LP gives dancer exp...so maybe you should just be a dancer....they rooole yo!

commando weapons all hit randomly

only chance to target the health pool is with the launcher pistol and pistoleer special moves like bodyshot
