From what i here. Commando's suck at PvP. Well I'm planning on going, master commando and master tera kasi. So far i have been owning people in duels with commando but i have a feeling when i face sum1 who is good in duels, i will suk. What would be the best way to duel with these to classes. I'm thinken knockdown, dizzy, warcry, flame2, then just take it from there.

Well you can warcry/initmidate from 30m out, but yeah, thats about the way to do it.

How about master brawler to get a 20 meter KD, then warcry2 for a 20 second delay before bringing out the Flame thrower.

Warcry1/flamesingle2 works great for me. The 10 sec delay is just long enough, then you warcry1/flamesingle2 them again.

I'm a TKM/Master Commando as well, and its sad that the commando part of it is purely for support.
I start with warcry/intimidate, then knockdown2, dizzy1, stun1, intimidate1. Now they're pretty well debuffed. Its at that point I'll /flamesingle2. What's truly sad though, is that I use a LOT of TK skills, and just a single Commando skill. All of those skill pts down the tubes for a single attack.
Oh, and I know there's another thread right now about rockets being useful in PvP. I personally can't hit sand on Tattooine with a rocket against another PC. If he's moving, its a miss. I think I've only ever hit 1 moving PC in almost 200 rounds(and Yes, I do use the /aim;/aim;launch macro).

If you're going TKA commando all you really need is Flame IV I think, although if you take master you get some extra defenses and mitigation.

Why be a commando, why worry about flamesingle2 and warcry. Why not unarmedhit3 (&KD)and warcry. The small effect of the DOT is nothing compared to the master TKA damage? Tell me why be a commando and TKA all your skills are close range.

Well I am currently an MCH/MCM/Marksman 0040 and want to use my last respec to make my character more PvP friendly. I'm not looking to be uber, but would like to hold my own. I have an MBH/MCarb/Pistoleer 0404 on another server, so I am not really looking to go into BH. I have always wanted to try Commando, but just never got around to it. I like MCM, but CH is just not worth it to me anymore. I'm not averse to giving up MCM, but I was wondering if I went Master Commando what would be a good template to support it. I mainly want to do group GCW PvP, not dueling or solo runs. Any suggestions?

MC / MP / Carbine 0,4,4,0
This gives you plenty of states to stack onto people in mass PvP (nothing like having 20 rebels charge at your group only to all fall on there backs blinded, get Mezed, rooted, Intimidated and Stuned while 4 riflemen pick em off and some melee people come in to kill there support
Then you set every one on fire and whatch them franticly trying to heal eachother.
Good times good times
