Thread: Ugh, my proton rifle STILL doesn't work...starnick, help!

This has been the case for about a month now, on starsider. I got a protonrifle and it just doesn't work. I know it WAS a known issue but it's been 3-4 weeks and my rifle still doesn't fire. IS there anything in the works to fix this? Or am I just screwed.

I think you got an old pre-patch one..or did you loot that after the patch that fixed it?
Either way, im afraid there isn't much of any news on a fix for the Proton Rifles that still are broken, or are still older but fire with an AoE :/

I thought the fixes would fix ALL of the proton rifles, not just a select few. I must now journey back to those caves and pray it drops again? That's going to be difficuly considering most of the players I grouped with don't play anymore =(
