Thread: Only need 40k xp combat now...HOW???:(

Hi, i have fought a lot and only have 11k out of 40k. I have everything necessary for novice commando except combat xp, is there any way to get it fast...please

Try some combat.. I hear that gives combat xp 
Actually that question gets asked alot and the answer is usually find a group... Tusken fort or Dathomir missions. You could flip back a page or 2 and I'm sure you'll see the same question asked a few times.. Me Personally after Mastering Marksman and Unarmed IV i had about 30k / 40k needed... I continued to work solo on Novice TKA and got the combat xp along with the unarmed xp... Went and trained Novice TKA and Novice Commando at the same time.
I dont think there is a Kill xxx mob with yyy exploit over and over for 1k combat xp per kill answer you are looking for. But who knows. Mabye someone will come up with an answer to YOUR question that no one has come up with for every time this question has been asked.

Ok thx so i should try to be novice teras(Thats what i wanna be too with commando) and go on killing and that way ill get the xp i need.A novice teras which creatures can he kill alone?i have chest,helmet,gloves,and boots composite advanced kinetic by now, so i can resist a little

Heh you're better off than I was.. With all that armor yeah you could probably be soloing some red con thats weak against your weapon type. I dont have any specific suggestions though. Mabye Tortur Bulls or Huf Duns on Talus? Talus is usuallypretty empty (lag free!) and you can do missions out of the imperial outpost fairly closeby.
How I did it was straight Missions. If it was a NPC camp I would use Rifle and Pistol. If Mobs then I would use Carbine / unarmed. Just to train them equally there isnt any real logic to that method. Since it was ungrouped missions based on my skill level they were super easy.. mostly 1shot kills. Raked in a ton of credits in the process. I had no armor, well, junk that I bought off the Bazaar which prob did more harm than good.
Thats the slow method though. You can get yourself a pet (faction or tamed) and group with them to get higher level missions. Grab a Stormtrooper Commando and group just to get the mission then store him away and that should get you some nice yellow-red con critters within your skill range.
The quickest way really is get in a group killing Kimogilas, Rancors, Night sisters anything that can kill you in a few hits. I play odd hours so I can never depend on getting in any group so I went the solo route. With decent composite armor though you dont want to bother with even con mobs.
My template is Master Commando / Master TKA / Novice Medic (FA-1)

1. stock up bleeds on your target. Do not use anything else than bleeds.
2 throw some grenades at it. Even if you're not certified, you'll get 100% combat xp for the kill (the bleeds).
That means like 500 combat xp per kill instead of 10 combat xp and 490 rifle weapons xp. It's expensive tho :8

That was changed with the last patch. A mind bleed from a rifle will now count as rifle damage, and will be factored into the experience equation.

Get yourself c12 fregmantation grenades in large amount cause you will fail a lot. then go search some mountain worrts or similar. I suggest you buff up first, becuase the HAM costs and self-damage ratio is very high. use only the grenades to finish them and you get 2 k combat xp off one mountain worrt. Done in 1 hour.....if you go commando, just use more advanced grenades and rush up the field tactics skill tree.
