I think its possible to get flame 4 and LLC 4 but thats all your skill points so im not sure if you would want to.

No. You couldn't master both.
You could almost train2 lines in each tree though (-1 pt). Not sure how viable that would be. Depends which 2 lines in each tree you pick i guess.
Master Bounty Hunter leaves like 33 skill points. You would only be able to afford to train to Unarmed IV and be short 2 points on Novice Commando. Most Bounty Hunters spend that last 33 points on Medic stuff.

For now, I would suggest pistoleer just so you have the extra accuracy, speed and specials with the LP. It is nice to be able to use fan shot with the LP. Good for targets with low blast resistance, since te RL is too expensive and inaccurate.
Other people suggest TKA. I have a tka on TC, and I love it! The only problem that I can see is if you have tka, I hear that you almost never use your commando skills, nd you don't want to have it feel like a grind killing something with a flamer when you can kill it in 2 seconds as a tka.

as for commando and tka the mix goes well being as your comando specials are all melee range. but there is the HAR and after publish 7 you may be able to mix commando and riflemen whick would be very nice
