Can anyone help me pls? What is the delay on flame single 1 and on cone1?

And another question, does con1 give a bigger DOT than flamesingle 1?

I think i saw a formula around here somewhere but i have no idea where it was.

I can pull off /flamesingle2 (or any special) once every 7 seconds with a 3.1 speed flamethrower.
