Flamer Is good for the DoT...its best with all 4 dots however

LLC is better damage wise due to its no delay between specials, its AP, and its damage type.

DPS, the LLC is better. Especially as the DoT isnt really counted in DPS, as it doesnt grant us looting rights nor xp...but is essential for taking down high end mobs in group work (but you'll be outdamaged, yet you as a commando are needed...quite ironic)

The Flamethrower has a DoT attack, don't know if the LLC dose. Also Most of the Flamethrowers i have seen have been slightly faster, with more damage then LLC...(but that may just be on my server). But in the end the DoT will give you more damage over time.

My Flamer is sliced for speed, i get 3.0 speed, 485min damage, 895MAx. If i use Flamesingle2 i can do 6k - 8k damage per shot with a DoT of about 600 - 900 every 20 ish seconds. At Flame lvl4 i miss maybe every 5th shot, can't wait until master.
