Well, not trying to be intentionally evil (or maybe I am) but I like what's coming via Marksman in the Post CU game...Just about everything we get via Marksman will enhance our Commando play...thats about all I can say on that...
But when my friend are we gonna see such info . . .
Oh, btw, all these new weapons coming out . . . Did I miss something, or is there a lack of heavy weapons in there? Maybe we are going to get some of those carbines/rifles/pistols/melee weapons, not sure, but there were NO heavy weapons in there. Can you or Stern shed any light on this?

Ranged professions truly belong in the Star Wars movies despite the Jedi and their lightsabers.
In the Original Trilogy, shooters took up far more screentime. Han, Leia, Chewie, Stormtroopers, and even Luke, used blasters. We see them all over the place in the Death Star, Hoth, Endor, Cloud City/Bespin, Mos Eisley... should I go on?
Even in the Prequels with a fully functioning Jedi Order, ranged fighters were far more numerous. Geonosians, Trade Federation Droids, Naboo Royal Guards, and of course the Republic Clone Trooper Army.
Not counting the Jedi in any movie era, how many melee fighters do we see? How much melee combat do we see (again, not counting Jedi)? Compared to ranged fighting with red bolts flying all over the place?
Plus, many of the big characters in the Original Trilogy were ranged fighters anyways.
And, my personal opinion: A ranged fighter lends more to the image of the Galactic Civil War than any melee profession, including Jedi, ever could (when people realize that we're in the Original Trilogy, not the Prequels).
And having Master Commando in your combat template isn't considered "FOTM." I get far more /tells of "Why Commando?" than I do "Wow! A Commando!" I take some sort of self punishing pride in that.

Hmm well I remember might have changed but I use to snipe Mauler Apprentices with my DL20 or DL20a can't remember which is better (It's been a long time, that is the right name I hope?). Then being able to roll around when using pistols is so fun. Kickup and Diveshot are some of the coolest ablities. I just love taking the LP and jumping to the ground he he.
Carbines are actually ok as Marksman cause they don't eat all your HAM and they pack a bunch. it was real easy to level carbines in marksman. Rifleman in Marksman is very hard and slow, but is nice. Pistols are ok but hard to rely on. And I'm not sure overchargeshot 2 is better. Overchargeshot 1 seems faster and about as good.
I collected a bunch of good pistols, rifles, and carbines. If everything wasn't so damn invincible and I had buffs I'd use them.
Also when tumbling stops for medic grinding and take cover actually works and does something I'll be happy.
