got an in game message just before server went down when i was pulling out some grenade power ups the message read please delete crate as this item is no longer used in this game. they nerfing grenade powerups?

it's a bug that happens sometimes, happens with all kinds of stuff.. buffpacks, muon gold, stims, etc
