Ive seen it mentioned that the flame special timers are really slow, but are effected by +speed flame mod. But does the speed of the flame thrower effect it at all? Will a speed 4 flamer use the flame specials faster than a 6?

yes my 2.7 speed FT is much faster between specials than my 4.6 speed
