Thread: Decent Rocket Launcer and HAR?

I just bought these the other day, they seem fairly good to me(but I'm only CL22) they are both unsliced. What are the thoughts of the guys that have been at it a while?

Rocket launcher:
Base Speed:2.87
Dam:170-369
Elemental dam:180
Wound:35:65%
SAC:122
Base DPS:156.29

HAR:
Base Speed:3.06
Dam:185-413
Elemental dam:117
Wound:28.45%
SAC:122
Base DPS:135.73

Any slice recommendations would be appreciated too, as I literally have no idea on those. Thanks.

They're decent, the SAC on both (mainly the HAR) could be a lot better though.
