Thread: A New Commando Idea
i was thinking we could get some really 'heavy' weapons, that do great damage, butgive a movement penalty tooffset the offensivepower.
if commando had a couple good specials, i'd probably try to mix melee with it, but it isn't soundinglike a great use of skill points at the moment. ideally, i would like to see a few melee specials and a few ranged specials at the master box, and spread out through the4 branches, to encourage a little variety in templates. something akin tofire arm strike would be neat, maybe just call it a 'buttstroke'.
even cooler, would be the ability totruly go 'SF'. would it be too horribly unbalancing to have an abilityto doa first strike onthe enemy? for instance, we could be overt, butthe enemycouldn't tell we were untill we made the first attack. it could be a oncea day pvp skill, or maybe a few timesa day for pve.
Well i tried commando/tkm today.
It has the potential, but a high up keep.. IE maybe some katarn knucks, commando weapons etc.
I held off a melee stack with just a plasma flamer, my barehands and medic 0200 lol. Really need to get that cm up to par ![]()
Thinkin about switching up and goin pistols/commando/cm4000. Any suggestions oh fellow commandos?
