I just picked up the game after a while off and was thinking about a cool template. What about MBH and MC with some medic tossed in? I know that commando doesnt have special attacks but will the MBH specials work with commando heavy weapons?

You mean Master BH & Master commando I assume?

You can use any attack any from other professions, if its purposefull is another point

I find Master carabineer, Master commando & 4000 combat medic quite pleasing myself.

Its not a bad combo. After all, there's a reason everyone and their freaking sisters cousins aunts brothers sons daughter is MBH.

what rankor said, its a really good complement to commando.

also pick up novice rifles or carbs or pistols and novice medic and your set.
