Didn't have any luck in the Tech Support forum...!
I've been playing SWGalmost since day one.. And just want to know, Is it possible to uninstall the game, cancel my account, and then make a new account? with a new station name and everything? or am I stuck with my current account forever?!?

you dont have to uninstall or delete anything unless you just hate your old char. Just buy another game (so you can get the cdkey). open the launchpad and hit the new account button. then you sign up for a second account, nothing ties them together so you can delete your first account or keep it.
is that what you were looking for? or if you are asking if you can delete your account and use the same cd key to create a new account i dont think you can do that, that cd-key is tied to that account forever (thats to keep people from getting bored and selling there game to someone else).

The problem is that I've used my username on a public computer.. and don't want it floating around somewhere out there.. And the computer has been moved.. So I can't find the right one and clear out alle the cookies and stuff...
But hey.. thanks man..

You canminimize that security problem by changing your password as often as you can. And use all character available (12 or 13 characters) and make it so it's very hard to guess. Use a mix of number and upper and lower characters.

You need to buy a second copy of the game for the CD code, to register a second Station account with.
You do NOT need to install the game twice, there is an easy way to get the game to run multiple instances at once[I don't remember off the top of my head].

You might want to just find a friend who doesn't play anymore and ask for his account... save $50.

Agree..find a buddy who doesnt want to play it anymore and all you need is his username and password, and take over the payments of his account.

if i /cancel my account now - will i have to start a new one if i come back later or will i be able to re open my account when i've gotten bored of playing battlefronts and soe have done the combat balance / gcw (in 3 - 6 months time)? I just can't bear to watch and wait while the most important content get put aside for the money spinning content.

I think your account will be kept on the server for up to 6 months from that you stop paying the account fee. So you'll continue where you left off.
