I got a few aswell, but im just as puzzled as you are. Would appreciate more info if anyone has any?

I got one that says cover +1. I can't put it into my socketed jacket. Maybe this is because my char is a Trando brawler? I was hoping to sell the jacket on the bazaar for a profit...
If you can't insert them into the socketable clothing or armor, you may have to have the skill first to be able to insert the skill mod item. I'm not sure, just giving a guess on that problem.
thanks for at least giving a clue to what they are.... I think the manual writers should have included something about this in there...very confusing...so how long does the enhancer last?...is it timed, or does it go by how much you use it like a power-up?

i need a reference point to what +5, +10, and +20 mean. ok, the obvoius is that +10 is twice as good as +5. but, what does +5 mean compared to not having +5. hope i stated my question clearly enough.

I hate that, and it happens to me all the time. I can understand it happening when I'm burst running as the player moves much faster and the server might have trouble showing spawns fast enough, but when I'm just jogging around like normal it shouldn't be doing that.
+110 trapping - traps fail
+100 mask scent - breaks long before a +70 novice scouts does
+100 camouflage - breaks before a +70 novice scout's maskscent
+95 terrain negotiation - I outrun the server spawns time, everything spawns on top of me
+100 comprehension (in all languages) - I can understand them 100% of the time
